Realtors who are constantly learning new ways of business
There is more to being a real estate agent than a multiple choice test. After 25 years of banking, another 15 years of real estate and hands on experience with clients, Donna Joerling knows the importance of education, involvement in the real estate industry political arena and the like. After 15 years of attending four State of Missouri meetings each year and two National Meetings each year Donna knows the importance of being truly involved in how we do business, what forms we use to make sure we have clean, precise real estate contracts and the like.
"From the time we get up in the early morning to the time we hit the sheets, we are out networking and talking about real estate with our counterparts across the world." We have our fair share of fun while we travel, partaking of the great local cuisine, but always at the heart of every conversation is what we do and how we can best learn from each other to deliver top client service and learn the every changing technology in the real estate industry. Crazy tech tools are changing every hour it seems and we need to keep up on them. I don't know how to use every single one of them, but I at least know they exist. The most important thing is that we always take care of the clients whether they are our buyers or our sellers. Attending the State of Missouri Realtor® meetings and National Association of Realtors® and Women's Council of Realtors® meetings takes a huge time and financial commitment to the industry. Please honor those of us that participate and become involved in the industry at these levels. You will find, as a client and corporate referral source, that we are truly a REALTOR® and we pay more than our annual dues, we pay to be involved in this vital heartbeat of our economic impact on our country."
Here are some great photos from the events we held at San Diego, California for the National meetings of both the National Women's Council of Realtors® as well as the National Association of Realtors®.
